iCal dates

I am having some trouble sending on my current email so I am a little
behind in my reply. I wanted to second what was said about using
generic fields and the export wizard. It is not really very clear
what is happening, or when the process is done. My DB errors that the
generic field has not been set up yet.

And, to this current post:

I am writing an extension to my calender procedure to make iCal
recieve my todos and appointments. I only do this as I don't yet know
how to write to my blackberry but Pocketmac does if it is already in
iCal.

How does iCal read a date? I am not getting direct errors but I can
tell I don't have it set correctly when it wont show a result in iCal
from my (executeapplecscript) Pan procedure. Using Buidreminder and
the resulting variable "When", and using remindercaption(When) I get
a date I was trying to send to ical as "start date" value.

Can someone please tell me what the appropriate date and time format
should be on the pan side as parsed to the ical side? Naturally this
will be a two way sync eventually, but this is a start.

Thanks very much if you know.

... is probably going to give me the anser I was looking for. I post
this anyway just in case anyone can say anything about any gotchas I
have not seen yet.
