Blackberry

I just got a new cell account (T-Mobile) and picked up my first  
Blackberry phone. Using PocketMac I can sync what I have on ical and  
address book, and a small handful of other mac commercial apps like  
entourage and Now contact. Has anyone written any code that he or she  
would want to share or share a tip about how to output Pan data in a  
format that I could transfer over to my Blackberry? I Pretty much use  
my Pan apps exclusively for my calendar and my contact manager now. I  
could follow others and write the pan data to address book, and then  
run the sync program. But, can anyone shed any more light on the  
subject for me?
