What are the expiration dates for 5.5b9 and 5.5b10?

When the 5.5 golden release was issued, I advised a number of my 
customers who are using Enterprise on shared systems to wait the 
anticipated few more weeks for the Enterprise update.

Today I got reports that they've started getting messages that they 
need to update.

What's the status on Enterprise?
