BULK EMAIL

I need help using the bulk email wizard.

I have read the manual and it is of no help.

I an not even use the search field to find anything in the wizard.

If someone in the US would send me an email with their phone number  
and when I could call them I would like to talk to someone who will  
walk me through creating a database that will send bulk emails.

I am using Pan 5.0
