digest form??

Yes. In the Welcome email that was sent last night, look for a 
paragraph that begins

If you ever want to unsubscribe or change your options (eg, switch to
or from digest mode, change your password, etc.)

Use the link that follows that paragraph to get to the log-on page. A 
little farther down in the Welcome email, you will find the password 
you need to log-on. That will take you to your options page where you 
can select one of two forms of the digest. The plain text digest 
would be the closest to what you have been getting. The MIME digest 
might be better for email that contains special characters. You might 
want to try one for a few days, and then the other to see which 
version you like better.
