handling incomplete dates

For my club database, I use «Date of Birth» = ?(«Date of Birth» >
today(),monthmath(«Date of Birth»,-1200),«Date of Birth») to make sure the
Date of Birth is before today, even when using "YY". It will not work for
our oldest member, but it did when I entered him, so that is good enough.
