Cascading choice list

Check out the area of “Live” Pop-Up Menu Formulas starting on page  
843 of the Panorama Handbook. This will allow for submenus at  
multiple depths to cover all your possibilities. They can be a little  
tricky to set up but offer you all the adaptability you could ask for  
with a popup menu.
