Specifying colors in Panorama

In Panorama's color chooser accessed via the
Choose Color from the Graphics menu, I am finding
that for a 'frilly pink', HSB values of 320°,
10%, 100% using the sliders gives me the light
pink that I want. But when I click OK, the darker
purplish color that becomes the Form background
color is an ugly color that would send a bride to
the wailing wall. Is this just my perception or
are others also getting a large color shift
between the selector and the actual form
background color. I really do want a light frilly
pink. Thoughts?

Sorry guys, My error. I was remembering that
Apple had a Color Wheel as a Desk Accessory and
could find no equivalent within the systems
offerings and forgot that Panorama had it own
implementation of this.

Being a names and numbers guy, I hadn't gone that
route for too long a time and missed that. Thanks
Scott.

Ah yes, the hidden Control key option. I was
wanting to set the Form Color but didn't think of
the Control key. Thanks David.

What is that about? Where does the larger range
numbering system come from? Is it really more
precise or just the same with more digits?
