Specifying colors in Panorama

I want to assign a color for a Form and the docs speak about how 
Apple's color wheel can be used to assist in choosing a color's 
parameters. Unfortunately Apple no longer has a color wheel (as far 
as I know.) To choose a color and thus know what to use for the 
parameters, I visited Photoshop's Color slider and chose a pink with 
what Photoshop said was R 250, G 227, B 238 but when I used the 
command     formcolor rgb(250,227,238)   all I got was a black form. 
It appears that Photoshop uses a 0-255 value system for HSB & RGB and 
Panorama is using a 0-65535 value system.

What are other's using to obtain the color parameter's that can be 
used with the RGB or HSB commands in Panorama?
