Flash Art for Scatter Diagrams - Broken?

I have my Flash Art Pictures in the Flash Art Scrapbook. The Flash 
Art Chart Options dialog has the name of the Flash Art object and the 
graphic attribute icon does have the tiny flash art light bulb but 
the flash art is not being used on my Scatter Diagram. The point 
being used is a tiny cross hair.

The above is described on pg 1016 of Panorama Handbook but is not 
working for me. Is anyone out there making use of this and is it 
working in Panorama 5.5?
