Suggestions please

I have never done this before and hope someone can point me in the right
direction.  This example shows some flashlights and battery options.

I want to create a third database that ³assembles² all possible
combinations.

I go back to the OverVUE days but I have never attempted something like
this.

 Item                       Goes with Battery Type
 Flashlight A               X,Y  (both X and Y have 3 options for battery
type)
 Flashlight B               Y,Z    ( both X and Y have 3 options for battery
type)
 Flashlight C                   Z    (Z has 2 option for battery type)
