Sharing Troubles

Thanks Jeff and Robert, I'm having them send files to me so I can go 
through and match records.  :-(

Meantime, the customer went to shut down the server and he got an 
error message telling him that in doing so, he would lose something 
like 8 million records and to select the save-a-copy option, which of 
course he couldn't find on Enterprise.

They are fully up to date with version 5.5.
