Sharing Troubles

I sent this earlier but it never showed and I got a bounced copy...

Thanks for feedback so far.

I still don't know what to do with/for the customer and the possibly
lost client records.

I don't know from the error message if the problem is on the clients,
the server or both. Since it knows that 19 records are missing, you'd
think there was some way to retrieve them or otherwise recover.

For lack of other suggestions or information about what's happening
or what to do about it, I suppose I need to have them force a copy to
single user and reshare it. It certainly shakes their confidence to
have it losing critical data.

Very frustrating for me and the customer.
