Disappearing Window

As I work more diligently within my PC Panorama v 4.02, I am finding a
situation I haven't seen in many years.  This has now happened twice.  Upon
opening my database, the main window does not open, although the menu bar is
present. A second database that opens at the same time works properly.  I
can click on the menus of the missing window, but no windows open and no
procedure windows open. I have backed up the program often enough that I can
get the database back with everything working properly, but I am at a loss
why this is happening.  Does anyone on the list have had such occurrences
with the PC version and or is this something I again have created just for
myself with faulty coding? I tried using Dave Thompson's code he sent along
yesterday for opening a crashed program, but no luck.
