Missing Fonts on Forms

Since upgrading to Leopard on my Macs I am getting missing font error  
messages upon opening a couple of my main databases. I have selected  
all elements of every form and changed the font to Arial, but the Font  
Usage Wizard still shows multiple fonts used. I think at some point I  
tested several fonts for suitability (but didn't use them) and now the  
database thinks all those are still necessary.

Can anyone tell me how to reset the font list variable so it rebuilds  
it using only the fonts actually being used?
