can't install Pan4Win problem

Issue of his installation is apparently (almost) solved...issue of  
'broken' icon is not...
(BTW: my files are single user files and will not work across a  
network...perhaps he means he moved it out OF his network rather than  
'out to'?)....CMcP
 From the client:

The installer would not work from anywhere on my hard drive.  I moved  
it out to our network and re-ran.  It’s now loaded and appears to be  
working.  Now I’ll work on navigating around in the database and  
exporting data.
