can't install Pan4Win problem

The client writes back:
I continue to get the same error regardless of where the application  
is located.  When I am on provue’s download page, the icon to  
download Panorama is “blanked out”.  See screen shot below.  I can’t  
imagine this would have anything to do with it…..

What next?  I would like to have this application to work with as  
opposed to a data dump if possible.
go ahead and click on the seemingly 'broken' link; in my experience  
the link works, it's just that the icon appears broken.
Let me know if it works or not.
