can't install Pan4Win problem

I'm using XP, but maybe this is true for Vista.

I just did a fresh download of the Pan install. I unzipped it to a shared
drive. The installer opened fine (I did not actually run it, but I got the
run/cancel option screen.)

I moved the installer to my desktop. I'm getting repeated Unhandled
exceptions with the installer in that location.

So maybe she can try moving the installer to a "real" folder somewhere else
on her drive.
