Problem with data base.

I have been using panarama as a data base for a time card application.  Before switching to the latest version it worked fine but now every time I try to eliminate a cell content it automatically puts in either PM or AM. It didn't do this before.  The only way I can delete an item from the cell is by going to the design sheet and change from procedure style to spreadsheet style.  I have decided to go back to the original data base which was written for me a number of years ago. The only problem is the original data base does not have any scroll bars only windows you have to use an up or down arrow to navigate with.  What I am asking is "How do you enable scroll bars in a data base that has none in the data sheet format?  I have used Panarama ever since the beginning as "Overvue" but do not have the knowledge to program etc.  Thanks for any help you might give.
