Moving server

I need to move my Panorama server to a new machine with a different ip  
and bonjour address. It looks like the only way to do this would be to  
unshare all the db's involved, upload a good copy to the new server as  
a new master DB and set up each client anew. Is this right? How do I  
handle the users and groups server for the security features?
