Interesting that makes sense, as having been the product of a less than
stellar installation. That user has left for the day and took his laptop
with him, but I¹ll check this out Monday.

The installation wasn't performed correctly and a Preference file is
missing.

encountering it...

Or you can have the client run the installation for Panorama again.
