Australian Panorama Downloads

I'm pretty sure there are some QNA members in Australia, and I'd like to
ask you a favor (anyone else can skip this message). In the past 24
hours we've had two reports of users in Australia having trouble
downloading Panorama from our web site. FYI, the download files are not
actually on ProVUE's web server, but on a Windows web server at our
ISP's colo which is sitting on an OC3 line in downtown Los Angeles (in
other words it's pretty much plugged into a main artery of the
internet). Of course our ISP assures us that there is no reason why
Australians should have any more or less difficulty accessing the server
than anyone else. So here's the favor -- if you are reading this from
Australia could you try to download Panorama and report back to me
privately if you have success or failure?
