Server error question

Upon opening a shared database a user received this error:


File "eensa_tempdecrypted.txt" could not be deleted. [Called from  in ]




My save and synchronize logging check box wasn't turned on, and I  
have no record of the error in the logs.
A quit and relaunch of Pan corrected the problem (apparently).

Is this anything to worry about?

Am I missing error documentation, or is this just something to ask  
about?
